Join Our Team

Pop Cults is always on the hunt for talented contributors. If you are interested in becoming involved with one of the internet’s most unique, fastest-growing entertainment and pop culture websites, now’s your chance!

Please note that most of the positions offered by Pop Cults are volunteer positions. Our staff runs this site because we love pop culture and geek entertainment, not because we’re trying to swim in a giant vault of money a la Scrooge McDuck. While Pop Cults may occasionally offer ancillary benefits (e.g. advance movie screenings, press passes to certain cons, free books and video games to review, and other various swag), we can’t guarantee much more than your name and writing on the internet – and, of course, the padding of your resume if you are an aspiring writer or journalist.

All applicants must be over the age of 18 years old and have excellent writing skills. If you don’t know what an Oxford comma is, or even just a regular comma, you need not apply. All applications should include relevant writing samples and should be emailed to our editor-in-chief, Richard Cardenas (Richard@PopCults.com).
